Please note, to submit this application you will be prompted to pay a $200 Application Fee at the end of this process. Payment is made via PayPal using either a Credit Card or Bank Transfer.

1.1. Copy of Individual Taxation return for the year ended 30 June 2024. Where applicable this also additionally includes Financial Statements for any business which you personally operated.

1.2. Copy of Individual notice of tax assessment for the year ended 30 June 2024.

1.3. Copy of 30 June 2024 Financial Statements and Taxation Returns for all private entities (Trusts, Companies, Partnerships) in which you had any control, financial interest (direct or indirect) or received any income from.

All applications attract a $200 Application Fee, paid via PayPal. PayPal accept a range of payment methods, including Credit Card and Bank Transfer.

Please note the following:

If your application for enrolment is successful, your application fee will be paid over to your approved school and deducted from your school fee account.
If the school does not accept your application for enrolment, the application fee will be refunded in full.
If you elect not to proceed with the enrolment, the application fee will be retained by the Jewish Education Foundation.
